Tube Trading
Capillary and thin walled tubes are used in different economic branches as well as in research and development.
We established an extensive warehouse program enabling us to provide a large number of measurements available at stock at short notice.
Delivery of small demand between 1 m and 100 m is another speciality of our company. To place an order, large quantities are not required.
By the way: we buy our tubes from leading manufacturers. Please take it for granted that we offer certificates according DIN EN 10204.

Every month we are delivering hundreds and thousands machined tube parts to customers of all industrial sectors all over Europe. Therefore we have to comply with the highest quality standards of the aerospace and automotive industry. Our machinery enables us to offer nearly every kind of tube machining in addition to cutting (sawing, high-precision abrassive cutting, rotating cut-off), for example:

Rohre-Ketterer gains assignment for high precision abrassive cutting of crashtubes.
The working of high-tensile steel tubes is a challenge aswell as cutting them to installation length. As a specialist in high precision abrassive cutting we developed a particular cutting unit in collaboration with our customer. It allows both-sided bevel cuts in one clamping. The parts can be assembled directly wothout deburring. During the RFP process the high precision abrassive cutting proved his advantages towards laser machining aswell in economical as in quality aspects. Therefore about 600.000 crashtubes per year will be cutted at Rohre-Ketterer for the next six years.
